FOOD IN TREK
During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

Our agency is working uniquely in Humanitarian Action
By results of treks, rafting, Tibet treks, Ladakh and with other activitiess our agency is investing very big part of its profit for the health care and education to the poor people of Nepal. Our agency have already built one free dispensary (Health Post) in the remote area of Nepal, in Helambu region which gives free medical treatments to about 23500 patients every year and free education facility to about 250 childrens each yeStudents of our free schoolar. In Tibet we provide financial help to an tibetan orphanage. Each person who make trekking, rafting , tibet tours, trek or you make any activities in Nepal through our agency are directly doing humanitarian help to the poor and low caste people of Nepal for their health and education. We are able to operate free dispensary and free school even in the difficult days due to your overwhelming turst and love to the people of Nepal.

In 1990 we had constructed a dispensary providing entirely free medical service to the poor people of Helambu region which had already served more than 2,00,000 patients in since its establishment. In 2003, about 22300 patients, about 25500 patients in 2004 and continuing to serve till today. Four Nepali nurses, (well trained and government certificate holder plus the guidance of French volunteer doctores) are working full time in the dispensary. The dispensary is surrounded by 24 villages with no other health post in a radius of 6 hours' wTreatment for baby in our free health postalk. After few years running of free dispensary , We have constructed also a free primery (English) school to the poor childrens of this area. Every year about 250 small childrens get education.

It is situated in Gyalthum, Serra-9 villaege on the bank of 2 Rivers, on the way of trekking routes to Tarkhegayang and on the treks-ways towards Gosainkunda, Langtang, Helambu & Panch Pokhari. A small lodge "the 2 Rivers Lodge" has been built near the dispensary for the Volunteer doctors and for the people wants to see our humanitarian action. So your holidays in Nepal with our agency can do lots of things in Nepal for the health and education sectors.
